Of course, you can put that dot over other Hebrew letters too, and make them say "OH!" How about some examples?
Try to read the following words!
(gogo) - Nonsense in Hebrew, although in English it means a kind of dancer.
(dov) - Means bear.
(oh) - Means or.
Now, in the English alphabet we end with Z, but in the Hebrew alephbet that sound is right in Zee middle...
